Laurie is the visionary behind the Integrative NeuroSomatic® approach, a transformative method bridging ancient wisdom with cutting-edge insights from neuroscience, mind-body research, functional medicine, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology, biohacking, and quantum physics. With over 25 years of expertise in mind-body-brain-spirit medicine, coaching, teaching, consulting, speaking, and leadership, Laurie empowers individuals to become the chief operating officers of their nervous systems, shifting from survival mode to states of flourishing.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Brain-Based Coach, ICF Master Certified Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, HeartMath Certified Trainer, and certified in Functional and Integrative Nutrition, Laurie brings a comprehensive toolkit to her practice.Known for unlocking latent potential and guiding inner alchemy for transformation, healing, and growth.  Laurie emphasizes the intrinsic power of individuals to consciously self-regulate and foster deep connections within the human family. She believes in an inside-out approach to change and is passionate about cultivating compassionate leadership and resilient communities.Laurie serves as Associate Faculty at the University of California – Davis and within the Health and Wellness Coaching program at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). Her expertise spans the neuroscience of human relationships, trauma, the vagus nerve and mind-body connection, the gut-brain axis and mental well-being, and the neurobiology of purpose and compassionate leadership.
